This may be a lame question but I'll ask anyway. I have a ton of different raw materials but I haven't been able to find any weaponsmiths that will upgrade my weapons/armor with them, or create me new weapons/armor. Unfortunately I only have 2 bags and I'm running out of space quick in my inventory. Where can I find an armorer that will do this?

There are weapon and armor crafters in Ascalon City as well as Yak's Bend- just look with NPC's with [Weapon] or [Armor] after their names. To easily see the NPC's without all the other character names showing up, just press alt and move the camera around- all the NPC names should show up in green, and the player names shouldn't show up unless you have your mouse over the character.
